Japan Stainless Steel Miso Muddler / Measuring Whisk

Use the Miso Muddler to select the right amount of miso straight from the pack, just put the whisk into the miso, turn it around and stir directly into pan to easily dissolve.  With a different size whisk on each end, it allows you to use the same amount each time – the smaller end will gather 1 tablespoon of miso and the larger end 2 tablespoons. 

The whisk is also a great size to use for making dressings, sauces or beating eggs.
